Myozexp Palmerston Lodge - Perth

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel/hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, especially the gorgeous and clean bathrooms. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, small private outdoor area and the fact that there were codes for the doors. The location is perfect, opposite a park and close to the center or centre, making it easy to access transportation and popular bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Roxanne, were quick to reply and very helpful.

The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of bars, cafes and stores nearby. The rooms and facilities were consistently clean, which made for a more comfortable stay. the relaxed and communal atmosphere made for a unique experience compared to more standard hotel stays.

Some of the rooms looked a bit tired and could use some redecorating. while the price was reasonable, the amenities didn't quite measure up to what I've experienced at similarly priced hotels in the past.

The hostel offered free parking and had a cosy atmosphere with friendly staff. the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, and there was a clothesline at the back of the yard, which was very convenient.

The hostel lacked heating during winter, and the furniture was old and worn down. the fridges in the rooms were not always big enough, and noise from other guests could be disturbing at night.

This hotel is located in an exceptional area with easy access to different eateries and work functions. the modern and well-maintained kitchen, dining, laundry, and bathrooms were outstanding. It was delightful to experience exclusive amenities such as private parking, private facilities, and a leisure/TV room that catered to my luxurious needs.

One minor issue I encountered was that upon requesting private parking, I faced some difficulty in finding a parking spot that was big enough to accommodate my car.

Located close to everything, this shared house offers a great atmosphere to meet new people. There are some bars nearby and it's also within walking distance to other places in the area. the sofas in the living room provide a great spot to relax, and the shared kitchen is stocked generously with facilities.

There is no reception service on-site.
